How to restore an active subscription?
For iOS:
- Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase the subscription.
- Fully close the app (remove it from recent apps) and reopen it.
- Go to FaceApp → Settings → FaceApp PRO.
- Tap Restore purchases (top-left corner).
For Android:
- Make sure you’re signed in to Google Play with the correct Google Account.
- Uninstall FaceApp.
- Reinstall it from the Google Play Store.
- If the subscription is active and the correct account is used, it should restore automatically. If you still have trouble, please contact support.
