How to restore an active subscription?

For iOS:

  1. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase the subscription.
  2. Fully close the app (remove it from recent apps) and reopen it.
  3. Go to FaceApp → Settings → FaceApp PRO.
  4. Tap Restore purchases (top-left corner).

For Android:

  1. Make sure you’re signed in to Google Play with the correct Google Account.
  2. Uninstall FaceApp.
  3. Reinstall it from the Google Play Store.
  4. If the subscription is active and the correct account is used, it should restore automatically. If you still have trouble, please contact support.
