We need a hands-on Data Analyst who transforms data into actionable solutions rather than just presentations. You’ll be the bridge between data insights and real product improvements, focusing on implementing changes that drive user engagement and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Turn data analysis into concrete product improvement proposals and oversee their implementation;
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for product optimization based on user behavior data;
  • Drive decision-making by providing clear, actionable insights rather than complex reports;
  • Work directly with engineering teams to implement data-driven solutions;
  • Monitor the impact of implemented changes and iterate based on results;
  • Design practical A/B tests that lead to product improvements;
  • Maintain data quality and ensure reliable tracking of key metrics.

Our requirements:

  • Proven track record in data analysis or a similar analytical role;
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis;
  • Strong skills in data visualization tools;
  • Experience with A/B testing and understanding of experiment design;
  • Ability to prioritize high-impact opportunities over perfect analysis;
  • Clear communication skills focused on results rather than methodology;
  • Understanding of mobile app metrics and what actually moves the needle.

Desirable (will be a plus):

  • Experience in a startup or tech environment, particularly within mobile applications;
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality assurance, and data security practices;
  • Familiarity with photo editing applications and tools;
  • Understanding of user acquisition, digital marketing analytics, and monetization strategies;
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques and data modeling.
